Senior Clinical Leadership Role
This is a leadership position within our nursing home where the successful candidate will have significant responsibility for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic clinical guidance to care teams across the facility, promoting evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance patient outcomes, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Lead by example, promoting a positive and supportive work environment that fosters open communication and collaboration among staff members.
Requirements:
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Significant experience in a related field, preferably as a Care Manager or similar role.
* Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
