We have an amazing opportunity in our Chadstone store for a Sales Assistant who is driven, self-motivated and ideally has a background in luxury retail and clienteling. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Build strong relationships with our customers and drive our successful and engaging VIP program
- Deliver up to date product knowledge to our customers
- Achieve outstanding financial results by exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Explore your creative side with visual merchandising
- Be the first to see our new stock, managing deliveries during the course of the week

**About you**
- 1+ year' experience in retail industry
- Understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
- Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
- A drive to achieve results
**Salary**: $40,660.00 - $99,617.20 per year
