As Salespeople, you will have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively to identify customer needs.
Understand life at home solutions to help customers find the best outcome.
Deliver Great Service, Always!, in line with store standards.
Assist customers while managing work tasks around their needs.
Resolve customer concerns and make quick, accurate decisions to ensure happy customers and timely services.
Support a team environment and contribute to achieving store goals.
Qualifications / Requirements
Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business.
A high level of Browngoods product knowledge to support customer queries.
Ability to service customers while balancing other tasks.
Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer-focused problem solving.
Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure satisfaction.
Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets.
Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades.
