Channel Communications & Engagement Advisor

The Channel Communications and Engagement Advisor is essential in supporting the retail and licensed venue networks through the execution of effective communications and engagement initiatives aligned to a defined strategy which is underpinned by valuable governance and document management practice.

With a channel-oriented focus, the purpose of your role is to support the functions of the broader Channel Engagement team including the development and management of content for the retailer/venue partner facing websites, coordination of the regular B2B communications, and the execution of administrative activities and events that support the Channel Experience & Development Lead.

What you'll do

- Support in the coordination, administration and execution of engagement activities to deliver increased participation and results, measured by regular Voice of Business Customer surveys.
- Manage the content and delivery of content through defined communication mediums including (but not limited to) network facing websites Retailers Web and Keno Connect.
- Maintain integrity of communication mediums through effective governance and execution of best practice document management principles.
- Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the seamless and timely development and design of content for the delivery of the communication and engagement strategy.
- Regularly audit communication platforms to ensure effective maintenance and ongoing integrity of documents and the content within.
- Collaborate with the Channel Delivery Teams to develop and implement strategies to increase and maintain engagement with network facing websites.
- Support the Channel Communications and Engagement team to ensure end to end communications and systems are aligned and embedded from the onboarding of new retailers and venue partners to the ongoing development of the existing networks.
- Provide activation and event coordination support to the Channel Experience and Development Lead as required.
- Regularly report in relation to key communication platforms, user access management and audience management and engagement.
- Manage troubleshooting and incident escalations relating to platforms managed by third-party suppliers.
- Provide support with day-to-day administrative functions of the Communications and Engagement Manager and Channel Experience and Development Lead.
- Support activities relating to business projects as directed.

What you'll bring

Qualifications

- A business or communications degree (desirable but not required).

Experience

- Experience in, or an understanding of retail management together with a knowledge of small business and the dynamics of the retail environment.
- Understanding of business systems and processes.
- Experience in, or an understanding of business communication methodologies and tools.
