About the Opportunity
RACV is looking for a People & Culture Consultant to deliver high‐quality, responsive HR advice and support within a shared services model. This role is the first point of contact for people matters, providing practical guidance to employees and leaders across the full employee lifecycle.
You'll play a key role in ensuring consistent, compliant and efficient People & Culture services, while also contributing to continuous improvement and the responsible use of digital and AI‐enabled tools.
Responsibilities
* Provide timely, accurate advice on People & Culture policies, procedures, awards and legislation
* Manage end‐to‐end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, changes and offboarding
* Prepare and maintain employment documentation and employee records
* Manage enquiries and cases within agreed service levels
* Partner with Payroll, Talent and People & Culture teams to deliver a seamless employee experience
* Contribute to process improvement, reporting and service enhancements, including AI‐enabled solutions
Qualifications
* 2–4 years' experience in HR advisory, People & Culture or shared services
* Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and industrial instruments
* Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
* A customer‐focused mindset balanced with governance and compliance
* Experience working with HR systems, digital workflows and self‐service environments
* Confidence using technology and AI tools responsibly and ethically
