The Role
We are seeking a Factory Workshop Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers diverse and interesting work in a supportive environment where quality and precision matter. You will be responsible for the assembly and fit-out of pump station tanks, as well as booster pump and filter system assemblies. Working closely with our experienced team, you'll have access to detailed drawings, resources, and guidance to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble pump station tank fit-outs to specification.
* Build and configure booster pump and filter system assemblies.
* Ensure all work meets QMAX's high standards for quality and reliability.
* Collaborate with the workshop team and engineering staff for technical support.
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

About You
* Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Experience in assembly or fabrication (pumping systems experience is a plus).
* Commitment to quality and safety.
* Team player with a proactive attitude.
* Forklift license is mandatory
* Confined Spaces training & ticket is very desirable.
