Job Description
- Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in ANZ.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for software engineering and digital solutions.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients across industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Identify market opportunities and expand the company's presence in ANZ.
The Successful Applicant
- 7-10 years of consultative sales experience in IT services or strategy consulting.
- Proven hunter mindset with a track record of generating and winning new business from scratch.
- Experience selling digital solutions, software engineering, or workforce transformation services.
- Excellent consultative selling and relationship management skills.
- Ability to own the full sales cycle and expand market presence in ANZ.
- Strategic thinker with strong executive presence and leadership skills.
