We're searching for a capable and down-to-earth Retail Manager to take the lead in a large, established store within a proud, Kiwi-owned retail group in Nelson.
Whether you're a seasoned manager or an experienced leader ready to step up, this is a chance to make your mark — driving a team that values teamwork, accountability, and great customer service.
Reporting to the CEO, you'll oversee daily operations, people development, and customer experience while maintaining the store's strong community reputation.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead, mentor, and develop a capable and large retail team
* Oversee sales, operations, and daily store performance
* Manage stock control, merchandising, and store presentation
* Partner with senior leaders to enhance processes and sales outcomes
* Maintain Health & Safety and HR compliance standards
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' senior leadership experience in large-format or multi-site
* Proven ability to drive results through people and operational excellence
* Strong commercial insight and organisational skills
* A confident, approachable leadership style with a people-first mindset
* Full NZ working rights
