The office Coordinator will provide customer service to our valued clients as the first point of contact and work within a small team delivering high quality, proactive and efficient office support.

The role will be responsible for performing specialised and non-routine tasks, including but not limited to planning and maintaining operation schedules, client bookings, maintaining records management, client database, compliance, accounts payable and receivable, WHS and other administration tasks
