This role is based in our Head Office, Grosvenor Place, Sydney. The office is within walking distance from the train station. There are plenty of options for lunch and catching up with colleagues or friends after work.
What you\'ll contribute to
The Product Manager is accountable for understanding, and translating TFA's strategic objectives into a roadmap and backlog of product features to deliver both business transformation and organisational value. The Product Manager will work in close collaboration with key stakeholders, IT, strategy & transformation, and end business users to create, define, and manage an endorsed product delivery roadmap and backlog of ready features. The Product Manager will lead a team of Product Owners by planning future work into appropriate timelines, and then assist their team by distilling the intent, direction and business objectives for delivery.
How you\'ll make an impact
Plan and Prioritise
Develop and consistently refine a Product roadmap comprising initiatives, enablers, and required product uplift to deliver business objectives
Define the Product vision, aligned to TFA's strategic objectives
Ensure the next two PI's worth of Features are refined, scheduled and in priority order. Manage the flow of work to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
Drive Features through to Definition of Ready for the upcoming PI
Communicate and gain endorsement for product roadmaps
Leading
Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders to understand objectives and capability requirements needing to be supported by products under their respective management
Challenge and lead business transformation by leveraging high quality, and industry leading platform usage
The Product Manager will lead, influence and align stakeholders around the vision and transition of technology products to deliver upon business objectives
The Product Manager is accountable for leading a team of Product Owners, by communicating the product vision, roadmap, and opportunities for product uplift
Deliver Value
Work with stakeholders to understand, and define the business value derived from initiatives
Ensure Features are aligned to maximise business value
Work closely with IT colleagues to deliver product capability which meets objectives, and is delivered consistently to a high standard
5+ years' experience in product ownership or business analysis
3+ years of experience with agile delivery
Must have had direct reports, you need to have strong people leadership experience
Strong communication, presentation, influencing and leadership skills
Ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships
Experience with Pega, AEM or similar products
