Marketing and Community - Customer Impact at MS Queensland
Step into purpose with MS Queensland as our Service Intake Coordinator, where you'll be the driving force behind exceptional customer engagement, with a focus on supporting people through the intake process.
Play a key role in helping people access the right services and support, while delivering an exceptional customer experience from day one. Bring your customer-first mindset and coordination skills to a role that blends empathy, efficiency and impact. Travel to Toowoomba, Gold Coast and Sunshine coast will be required.
Although everyday will be full of variety, you ultimately will:
* Human centred customer engagement: Be the welcoming face and voice for customers – responding with clarity, care, and professionalism across all channels
* Guide through complex systems: Empower participants and their support networks by demystifying the NDIS housing pathway
* Conduct holistic intakes: Assess needs through detailed intake conversations, pinpoint risks, capture insights, and manage essential admin
* Collaborate and coordinate: Drive project timelines with precision and collaborate seamlessly with key stakeholders
* Match needs with opportunity: Align customers with accommodation that matches their goals, preferences, and community connections
* Track, share and analyse: Compile and present impactful customer data, track progress and share updates with internal and external teams
Your Winning Strengths & Qualities:
* 2 + years' experience in intake, service support, employment services or disability services.
* Passion for customer outcomes, empathy-driven mindset, and commitment to improving lives
* Skilled communicator, confident across phone, email, and face-to-face with diverse stakeholders
* Tech-savvy, comfortable with Office 365, CRM systems, and NDIA-related tools
* Holds valid QLD Class C Driver's Licence, Blue Card, NDWS clearance, and completed NDIS Worker Training
* Strong grasp of the NDIS framework and proven ability to guide participants and their networks would be desirable
