We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in a senior role.
In this position, you will work with diverse client groups across early intervention, school-aged, adolescents, and adults, providing exceptional services with a wide range of presentations and diagnoses.

This role offers the chance to support participants with complex communication needs, including high-tech AAC, swallowing difficulties, complex behaviours, mental health challenges, trauma, and backgrounds of vulnerability.
About the Role
* You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients with various diagnoses and disability types, focusing on complex communication, swallowing difficulties, and complex behaviours.
* Work across multiple settings, including family homes, schools, group homes, day programs, community settings, telehealth, and offices.
* Build lasting relationships with your clients, enhancing their communication, independence, and celebrating their achievements.
* You will be a skilled generalist or specialise in Early Childhood Services, Positive Behaviour Support, or speech pathology clinical areas within your caseload.
* You will be an integral member of our multidisciplinary team (MDT).
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
* Registration with SPA.
* Experience working with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting is desired.
* A car and driver's licence.
* A National Police Clearance, Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles.
