Compliance Professional Role
The Compliance Consultant will play a key role in providing expert advice on compliance risk to the business units and wider Compliance team.
This involves providing timely, efficient, practical, and high-calibre compliance services to support the business achieve its strategic objectives.
The role requires close collaboration with Legal, Risk, and various Product teams across different product lines to ensure that company activities are compliant with relevant legislation and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialized advice on compliance risk to the Equifax ANZ business units.
* Develop and maintain a good knowledge and understanding of all laws and industry standards affecting operations in Australia and New Zealand.
* Support the Head of Compliance and wider Compliance team to develop and encourage a culture of compliance.
* Point of contact for complaints and internal regulatory & compliance investigations.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Compliance or Legal professional.
* Experience assisting business units in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of compliance risk and compliance frameworks for businesses in regulated industries.
