The role
Our client is a growing aged care provider delivering community-based Occupational Therapy services across North and West Melbourne. They support older adults in their homes, helping clients maintain independence, safety and quality of life. This is a fully mobile and remote role with regular support from an experienced clinician. The team offers a flexible working style, practical supervision and a genuine focus on finding the right clinician for long-term growth. About the position: Our client is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their community aged care team, servicing referrals across North and West Melbourne. This role is suited to an Occupational Therapist who enjoys autonomy, home-based assessments and working with older adults. The role is completely mobile, with clinicians visiting clients in their homes and completing report writing from home. There is no NDIS caseload, no clinic work and no contracting arrangement. You will manage your own diary, with a realistic day usually involving around two client visits. There is no heavy pressure on billables, and admin assistance may be available where needed.
