Lunder 8 is seeking a Patient Care Assistant I (PCA), with Day and Night availability, to provide rotating weekend and holiday coverage.Neurology is a thirty-two-bed adult inpatient neuroscience unit that cares for a diverse patient population, including those with neuro-medical and neurosurgical conditions. Our nursing staff is highly respected for their clinical expertise and compassionate care for patients with neuro-oncology and epilepsy-monitored needs. Only applicants seeking full-time 36-40 hours employment will be strongly considered.What are we looking for?Assisting the healthcare team, the PCA promotes a safe and caring environment for patients under the mentorship of an RN.PCA assists patients with daily living needs, monitoring & reading vital signs, drawing blood, and obtaining EKGs.
