Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be at the frontline of delivering unforgettable experiences – from welcoming tradies and renovators to inspiring first-time home stylers. Within this role, you'll be responsible for: Bringing our GREATER sales program to life, every single day Crushing sales targets and uncovering new business opportunities Creating wow-worthy customer moments that lead to loyalty Building strong relationships across retail and trade customers Keeping the store looking sharp, stocked, and ready to impress Becoming a product guru through hands-on training and demos WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM We're looking for someone who brings genuine positivity and energy to the team, stays motivated to succeed, and is always curious to learn and grow.
