Required:
* AQF Certificate III OR at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications for chef position.
* Preparation, creation, decoration and delivery of cakes, patisserie and pastry products
* Plan, develop and estimate food costs when ordering food supplies
* Monitor quality of dishes
* Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods
* Prepare and cook food demonstrating a variety of cooking techniques
* Experience working with pastry's and other dessert cooking
* Keep kitchen and enforce hygiene regulations
* Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine
* Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP
* Monitor and produce quality dishes in all stages of preparation and organisation
