Get Connects is a high-performance outbound calling team representing real estate agents, mortgage brokers and B2B businesses across Australia.
We generate quality appointments through structured, professional conversations. Results matter, but how we represent our clients' brands matters just as much.
We're looking for confident, self-directed operators who are comfortable on the phone, listen well and take pride in producing strong outcomes.
Candidates must be available to work set shifts between 9am and 5pm (AEST), Monday to Friday.
About the Role
You'll make outbound calls on behalf of established Australian businesses, qualifying opportunities, generating leads and booking high-quality appointments.
Our most common campaigns are in real estate, speaking with property owners and decision-makers.
A typical 3-hour shift involves around 80 meaningful dials and generating 3 - 4 strong leads, on well performing campaigns.
This is structured outreach, not aggressive selling. Listening, judgement and professionalism drive performance.
You'll work remotely within scheduled shifts using our dialler and CRM systems, with clear expectations and ongoing coaching.
What We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you:
* Have a minimum of 1–2 years' outbound calling and/or appointment setting experience
* Are confident and conversational on the phone
* Listen first and ask intelligent follow-up questions
* Care about lead quality, not just dial numbers
* Take feedback and apply it quickly
* Work well independently and show up consistently
* Leave clear, detailed CRM notes
Experience in real estate or mortgage broking is highly regarded, but not essential.
Commitment & Growth
* Minimum availability of 5 x 3-hour structured shifts per week (15 hours)
* Opportunity to increase up to 30 hours per week following onboarding and consistent performance
* Fully remote role requiring a computer, headset and professional home office setup
