We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Front Desk Support Associate to provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and assist various teams as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
* Meet and greet customers, ensuring visitor sign-in procedures are followed
* Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department
* Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and processing credit card payments via EFTPOS terminal and online facilities

* Excellent phone manner and personal presentation
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
