Our award-winning Plena Care Pathway integrates evidence-based mobility and functional programs, comprehensive care plan reviews, one-on-one therapy interventions, and group-based active aging services, providing a holistic approach to care.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to enhance residents' activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care, skin integrity management, arthritic joint care, and pain management.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of Plena and the aged care facilities while working within the scope of your professional practice.

Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* Australian working rights
* Willingness to obtain NDIS worker screening and a National Police Check
