SRG Global is seeking experienced Trade Assistants for a FIFO opportunity from Perth to South Australia. You will work closely with special class welders to ensure maintenance operations are carried out efficiently and safely.

The Opportunity
* Assisting riggers and trades personnel with lifting and rigging tasks on fixed plant equipment such as tanks, hoppers, chutes, conveyors, and structural components.
* Provided hands‑on support during shutdowns and maintenance work, including preparation, removal, and installation of heavy plant components.
* Helped set up and pack down equipment for dual lifts and complex rigging operations under the guidance of qualified personnel.
* Worked alongside crane crews, mechanical fitters, and scaffolders to ensure smooth workflow and safe work practices on site.
* Followed all site safety procedures, including those relating to high‑risk activities, and ensured work areas were clean, safe, and compliant.
What You Need
* Working at Heights & Confined Space (Within 2 years).
* Construction White Card
* Pass a pre‑employment medical.
* Hold a current driver's license.
