 
        
        RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Determine construction methods, materials and quality standards 
Preparing sketches and drawings for formwork and ensuring designs comply with the structural and architectural plans 
Monitor changes to drafting and interpreting specifications, construction methods and procedures 
Assist with budgeting and planning of projects 
Assist procurement of site labour and materials required 
Manage projects to meet deadline and budget 
Liaise with stakeholders and the project team, to ensure effective communication and key deadlines, policies, procedures and safety requirements are met 
QUALIFICATION: 
At least 1 year experience as an Engineering Technician 
Tertiary qualified in building/ construction field. 
Positive computer and correspondence skills. 
Excellent communication and organisation skills. 
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients 
You will require knowledge of AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and Revit 
Attention to detail 
Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills is a must, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. 
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
