Job Title: Enrolled Nurse
Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team in a rural setting.
Job Description:
This role involves providing safe and high-quality patient care as an Enrolled Nurse. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide patient care according to the nursing care plan and under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Midwife.
* Perform key duties within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse, including communicating effectively with the team, patients, and families.
* Maintain accurate health information and documentation for patients.
Requirements:
* Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with AHPRA.
* Demonstrated skill in Aged Care Nursing.
* Ability to organise and prioritise work.
* Person-centred approach to nursing; willingness to embrace change in the delivery of care.
* Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to work a flexible roster (day, evening and night shifts across all days of the week, including public holidays) according to unit/service requirements.
* Ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
* Understanding of practice within legislation, policies and the scope of practice for an Enrolled Nurse.
The successful applicant will be required to meet the immunisation requirements for this role as outlined by NSW Health Policy.
