As the Performance Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in planning, managing and reporting on our paid media campaigns. As we look to drive growth from our member base, this role suits someone who is passionate about finding the best ways to activate members at the right place and right time, with the right message. This is an exciting phase of growth for our rapidly expanding business and would suit an experienced performance marketing manager with expertise in media plans, channel implementation, budgeting management, creative recommendations and reporting.
Your Focus
- Scale digital performance strategies to accelerate recent member acquisition, retention and referral.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns from end-to-end across one or more of the following platforms Search, Programmatic, Social, Influencers, Affiliates, Publishers and App Store.
- Track, manage and optimise performance and large-scale investment to achieve key objectives include new member acquisition, monthly active users (MAU), cost-per-acquired customer (CAC) and cost per retained member (CRM).
- Develop prioritised channel roadmaps and conduct on-going experiments to deliver continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate the effectiveness and value of digital marketing campaigns through in-depth analysis, reporting and presentations.
- Brief in-house creative teams to design high-quality creative, content and landing pages to support growth marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop innovative marketing campaigns, retail events and custom solutions for our merchant partners.
- Provide strategic recommendations to complement and enhance brand marketing activity.
About You
- Must have technical skills and knowledge in Performance Media.
- You will oversee insight, planning and output across marketing platforms, defining and delivering best in-class approaches across Performance Media.
- Proven success scaling user acquisition and retention.
- Must have experience implementing and managing large scale campaigns.
- Must have expertise in Search (Google, Bing) and Programmatic.
- Desirable to have experience in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), Influencers, App (UAC, Apple Search Ads), Affiliates.
- Proficient with marketing analytics tools (eg: GA4, MMP) and data visualisation tools (eg: PowerBI).
- Efficiently manages their workload, ensuring tasks are completed on time. Uses tools and techniques to prioritise work.
- You're comfortable working and remaining focused in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrates an understanding of business and the market. Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesise trends into opportunities. Builds working relationships and collaborates with the wider business and stakeholders.
