This team focuses on providing learning and information services to the community, including early literacy programs for preschool children, programs for school-aged children and young adults, school holiday programs, and services for adults such as connecting readers with collections, local history programs, lifestyle programs, and services for customers with special needs, including CALD communities. Specialist services include local history guidance, heritage collection inclusion and digitisation, data recording and reporting, promoting Local History services, and building partnerships to enhance service delivery. The role also involves implementing best practices for collection preservation using archival technologies and delivering socially inclusive local history learning services.About YouThe ideal candidate will have high-level customer service experience, including developing and maintaining partnerships, networks, and committee relationships, with strong project administration skills related to budgeting and grant management.
