The Role
As a Business Analyst / Project Support Officer, you'll play a key role in shaping how ICT initiatives are delivered across Omni. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and support the planning and coordination of projects that improve our technology environment. From mapping processes to preparing project artefacts and assisting with testing, you'll help ensure solutions are practical, well‐documented, and aligned with organisational goals. This role offers variety and impact, you'll manage project administration, track progress, and keep communication flowing between technical teams and business areas. You'll also contribute to governance and continuous improvement, helping refine processes and support decision‐making. Our Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong project coordination experience who can confidently bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You'll have a proven ability to document requirements, manage project artefacts, and keep initiatives on track in a fast‐paced environment. You'll be detail‐oriented, organised, and comfortable working across multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication.

Essential Requirements
The below key requirements are required to be demonstrated by all employees to Omni.
* Be an Australian Citizen
* Hold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain one
* Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
In addition, this role will require:
* Demonstrated experience in business analytic and project support roles.
* Hands on experience with Jira and SharePoint is desirable.
