We offer excellent career opportunities to work on Tier 1 projects in a dynamic environment, developing your career within a successful engineering organization, influencing the shape of the business.About the Role:Lead a crew of up to 20 to execute worksCommunicate Labour requirements to Construction manager/labour allocatorCreate and assist in gathering tool and equipment lists for worksComplete SWMS, prestart, take 5 and permits for worksWork to job scopes and schedules and submit daily reportsComplete and submit accurately time/day sheetsWork collectively with all required stakeholders and managers.Liaise with and plan works with clients as required on the job and attend client meetings if requiredDevelop and complete ITP's and ITC'sParticipate in trade performance management.Manage Subcontractors on siteEnsure effective management of incidents, injuries, and safety concerns, ensuring compliance, resolution and on-site procedures followed.Oversee and lead Alfabs trade labour on site and liaise with site team.About You:2+ years experience in a similar roleSite based experience in industrial environment or heavy industryTrade qualification or relevant qualificationStrong commitment to safetyWilling work on tasks involving on and off-site work including irregular hoursStrong teamwork skillsAbility to travel and stay at distance for workBasic IT skills with Excel, Word and OutlookAbility to pass regular drug and alcohol testingHold a current drivers licenseCurrent White CardStrong Customer service and Communication skillsThorough understanding of drawings and scope of worksDesirable QualitiesWorking at heights trainingCurrent confined SpaceHigh Risk TicketsRail Industry Worker TrainingMultiskilled and Ticketed
