We are seeking a passionate and committed professional to join our team as a Subcontract Key Worker in the Northern Suburbs-Wallan, Beveridge, Kilmore, Mickleham and Craigieburn area.

KEY WORKER (Subcontract)
Required Qualifications
You must hold a relevant tertiary qualification and professional registration:
* Occupational Therapist – Degree in OT + AHPRA registration
* Physiotherapist – Degree in Physiotherapy + AHPRA registration
* Speech Pathologist – Degree in Speech Pathology + SPA registration
* Early Childhood Teacher – Bachelor or Master's in Early Childhood Teaching or Special Education
* Social Worker – Bachelor or Master's in Social Work + eligibility for AASW membership
Experience & Requirements
* Minimum 12 months experience working with children aged 0–8
* Experience supporting children with disability
* Strong communication and a family-centred approach
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
* Australian driver's licence + reliable car
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check
* ABN + Professional Insurance (subcontract requirement)
* Availability for before/after school appointments
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Early Childhood or Primary Education, or related fields
* Minimum 12 months experience with children aged 0–8
* Experience supporting children with disability
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Positive, flexible, and proactive approach
* Australian driver's licence + reliable car
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working With Children Check
* ABN + Professional Insurance
* Availability for after school appointments
* Role Responsibilities
* Provide play-based, family-centred support in homes, schools, and community settings
* Implement therapy or developmental programs
* Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain clear communication and accurate documentation
Hours
* Two to three days a week
* Flexibility to create your own schedule
* Potential to increase hours in the future
