Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Officer.
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service through face-to-face, telephone, email, and other electronic channels. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls promptly and courteously, and resolving enquiries in line with performance targets.
You will also be responsible for managing visitor sign-in and arrivals, handling courier deliveries, issuing facility keys, and maintaining a clean service area.

* Cash Handling Experience: Ability to receipt and reconcile payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
* Demonstrated Ability: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
