About The Opportunity
Jackson McDonald is seeking a Lawyer with 1 to 5 years post-admission experience to join our Disputes practice group on a permanent basis.
Our Disputes Team Is Led By Eva Lin And Marcus Pullen, And Provides Risk And Disputes Advice Covering a Broad Range Of Matters Including
* commercial contracts
* Corporations Act
* governance
* regulation
* trusts and succession

About You
You will have a keen interest in dispute resolution and be able to demonstrate the following attributes, skills and abilities:
* 1 to 5 years post-admission experience;
* prior experience in dispute resolution;
* high level communication and interpersonal skills;
* sound judgement and commercial acumen;
* legal knowledge and technical ability commensurate with your experience;
* a proactive, innovative and energetic approach;
* excellent technical and drafting skills with demonstrated attention to detail;
* well organised with the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines;
* willingness and ability to be flexible to accommodate business and client demands (we offer reciprocal flexibility);
* be solutions-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional work;
* the ability to manage challenging situations in a professional manner; and
* curiosity and initiative.
