A national architecture and interior design practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to join their Sydney studio.

The practice operates across aged care, retirement living, education, health and broader community sectors, delivering projects that are both design-led and socially impactful. With a team of 40+ across multiple studios, they work in a highly collaborative, 'one team' structure where knowledge and resources are shared across offices.

The Sydney studio is a close-knit team, offering a supportive and communicative working environment where individuals are encouraged to contribute across a range of projects and sectors.

Role Overview

This role is suited to an Architectural Technician with 5–10 years' experience who is confident across documentation and coordination.

You will work closely with Project Leaders and design teams to deliver technically resolved outcomes, supporting projects through design development and construction documentation.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical capability, with a focus on maintaining design intent while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to design development and construction documentation
* Coordinate with Project Leaders to ensure technical delivery aligns with design intent
* Work closely with internal teams across multiple project stages
* Apply best-practice approaches to risk and cost management
* Support delivery of large-scale projects within the community sector

Skills & Experience

* 5+ experience within an architectural practice
* Strong proficiency in Revit
* Experience working on large-scale aged care projects
* Solid understanding of Australian codes and standards
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Full and unrestricted working rights
