About the role:
* Previous experience in writing ITSM documentation.
* Previous experience with creating presentations and briefings aimed at technical and non technical personnel.
* Previous experience with developing standard operating process documents, procedures, knowledge articles, flow charts and scripts.
* Previous experience with presenting ITSM policy and processes to stakeholders.
