**The Role**

The outlet Boutique Manager will be a passionate brand ambassador responsible for delivering a customer-centric in-store experience in a high-volume environment.. You will enhance the supportive company culture by inspiring, training and motivating your team to achieve sales aligned with targets.
You will ensure the team of stylists create an exceptional and elevated luxury shopping experience whilst delivering on efficient stock, VM & operational processes.
- Previous experience in a Store Management or retail leadership role
- Previous outlet experience will be highly regarded
- Proven experience in leading a team, exceeding targets and KPIs
- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional commercial acumen
- A passion for styling and a love for luxury products
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver an engaging and authentic customer-centric experience daily
- Create a coaching culture in-store, and deliver training to ensure all team stylists are set up for success
- Be an intentional and considered brand ambassador
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Meet & exceed KPI expectations, driving strong productivity
- Recruit, induct and train new team members
- Provide concise & informative product feedback to your team
- Utilise reporting and company resources to increase productivity and store results
- Ensure weekly VM updates are delivered to company standard
- Train & implement accurate stock management according to company policy and procedure
- Work with State & National teams to develop store specific strategies and initiatives.
