Agribusiness Relationship Associate
We believe that better can be bigger, and together we're making it happen. Supporting our frontline Agribusiness Relationship Managers, this role is built on your expertise in engaging and communicating with customers. You take genuine care in supporting their needs.
You build relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders alike, acting as a critical conduit between the front line and support teams. Your attention to detail and ability to remain flexible are key assets in this role.
* You will support Agribusiness Relationship Manager team and customer portfolio, gaining exposure to complex customers.
* You will deepen existing customer relationships through understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions across all Agribusiness product suites.
* You will onboard new customers, obtain necessary information and documentation, complete application forms, and maintain ongoing portfolios.
* You will build strong relationships with customers via phone and email, with opportunities to join customer visits.
