About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and governance, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care that meets Aged Care Quality Standards.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and support nursing and care teams
* Oversee clinical compliance, care planning, and medication management
* Support accreditation, audits, and continuous improvement
* Manage clinical risk and contribute to service development
About You
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 5 years' experience as an RN/Clinical Nurse in aged care
* Ready to step into a Clinical Manager role (leadership experience supported)
* Strong understanding of aged care standards and clinical governance
* Willingness to relocate to regional Queensland
