Overview
Facilities & Campus Services (FCS) provides a responsive, integrated, and customer-oriented service supporting the physical environments for students and staff, aiding teaching, learning, research, and administrative needs. Our purpose is to deliver fit-for-purpose and innovative planning and delivery services that contribute to ECU's success as a vibrant and progressive university.
FCS includes Facilities, Projects, Space, and Campus services. The Facilities team manages the maintenance and operation of the University's facilities, including maintenance contracts, condition audits, and technical support for projects to meet strategic and legislative requirements.
The Role
You will support the Mechanical Services Technical Contract Manager by administering maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing technical advice for minor and capital projects. You will assist with condition audits and preventative maintenance plans, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure infrastructure meets strategic goals and legislative standards.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full-time, ongoing role offers a salary of $107,774 to $116,243 per annum, inclusive of 17% superannuation.
