At Grove, our construction program is not a guideline — it is the operating system of the business.
Every build follows a defined sequence, task duration and delivery framework. The role of the Construction Supervisor is to ensure that system is executed exactly as intended by planning ahead, anticipating constraints and ensuring labour and materials are ready when required.
If you enjoy running structured builds where work flows efficiently and problems are solved before they impact the program, you will thrive in this role.

This requires constant forward planning, coordination with trades and internal departments, and the ability to identify and resolve issues before they impact delivery.
