Accountant for a Healthcare Company in Australia (Home Based Full Time)Job DescriptionBookkeeping & Ledger Maintenance: Record daily transactions, manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and update general ledgers.Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual reports, along with management summaries.Tax Compliance: Handle BAS lodgment, GST, and ensure compliance with ATO regulations.Payroll Administration: Process salaries, manage superannuation, and oversee statutory deductions.Bank Reconciliations: Regularly reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.Budgeting & Analysis: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and provide financial insights.Internal Controls & Liaison: Implement internal controls and coordinate with auditors and tax advisors.Skill SetStrong experience with MYOB Accountright Premiere software.Proven ability to manage bookkeeping, AP/AR, and general ledger updates.Expertise in preparing financial reports, including monthly and annual statements.In-depth knowledge of tax compliance, including BAS lodgment, GST, and ATO regulations.Experience in payroll administration, including processing salaries, superannuation, and statutory deductions.Ability to perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights.Familiarity with internal controls and coordinating with auditors and tax advisors.Must be a Filipino citizen and residing in the Philippines only.
