About Our Client
Our client is a well-established, medium-sized player in the food production/manufacturing industry. A subsidiary for an Italian based global company, they are known for their high-quality consumer goods such as UHT creams, chocolate, and margarine. They reward performance and foster growth
Job Description
* Manage and grow key accounts within the food production/manufacturing sector in NSW.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
* Analyse market trends and sales data to inform business decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
* Deliver sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
* Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
* Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
* Closely work with QA, R&D and other relevant departments to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and the clients needs are met
* Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Key Account Manager NSW Should Have
* 3+ years working experience in food manufacturing or production in NSW
* Experience with either UHT creams, margarine, chocolates, or bakery related products
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* A results-driven approach with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Ability to travel as needed within the NSW region
