Responsibilities
* Assist in monitoring and managing compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Identify and report hazards, conduct inspections, and ensure safety awareness among team members.
* Record, investigate, and report procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
* Lead by example and demonstrate visible safety leadership.
* Conduct incident investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, contractors, customers, suppliers, government agencies, neighbors, and the community.
* Manage procurement and freight of parts and services to ensure efficient delivery of fixed plant and equipment services.
Key qualifications include:
* RII competencies for light vehicle and laboratory equipment.
* Previous experience operating onsite laboratories.
* Proficiency in MS Office, including basic spreadsheets.
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in all aspects of laboratory operations.
