About the Role
TeamMoto Wide Bay is seeking a highly organised and proactive Dealership Administration Officer to support our Dealer Principal and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our dealership.
As the Dealership Administration Officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks across sales, service, and parts departments. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, processing registrations and deal packs, supporting financial operations, and assisting with staff coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily processing of registrations and deal packs
- Maintain Aged Trial Balance, Rebate Schedule, and Registration Clearing Accounts
- Coordinate daily sales meetings and update sales boards
- Liaise with Sales, Service, and Parts Managers
- Manage banking, stationery orders and uniform orders
- Ensure compliance with WHS checklists and dealership procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Completion of Year 10 with strong results in English and Maths
- Proven ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in dealership or administrative environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with Dealer Solutions and Revolution systems (advantageous)
