Customer Support Specialist Role
We are seeking an organized and compassionate customer support specialist to deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring prompt and accurate information is provided.
* Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
* Update client records, collaborate with clinical staff, and track referrals.
* Provide detailed information on our programs and services.
* Make outbound calls to welcome new clients and follow up on referral requests.
This role requires strong communication skills, resilience under pressure, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
