About the Role
You will be a key partner for General Managers and Heads of Departments across various hotels in Queensland and Northern Territory.
* Embed and optimize Dayforce HRIS, streamline PC processes, and support hotel openings and transitions.
* Align hotel operations with Elevate PC strategy, working closely with State Managers and GMs.
* Lead engagement initiatives, talent management, reward and performance frameworks, change management, and people communication strategies that enhance workplace culture.
* Champion recruitment, onboarding, and career development in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams.
* Resolve and support grievances including case management, manage employment risks, and partner on WHS compliance and safety initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a highly operational HR role within hospitality or multi-site environments.
* Strong knowledge of employment relations, WHS, and HR systems (Dayforce experience beneficial).
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the business.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
