* The role reports directly to the General Counsel and works closely with other business specialists in Governance, Risk and Assurance.
* This position is supported by a Legal Support Officer who provides assistance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver practical, timely, and accessible legal advice to the organisation.
* Prepare and review critical legal documentation with utmost care.
* Develop and implement training programs to support officer empowerment and development on legislative and compliance issues.
* Manage the external Legal Services Panel, including the coordination of legal advice and preparation of briefs.
* Identify and brief Executive Officers and/or the CEO on strategic legal issues and risks.
Requirements and Qualifications

* Candidates must have at least three years' post-qualification experience.
* The ideal candidate will be dynamic, robust, and characterised by a solutions-oriented approach.
