**About the role**:
Iconic Recruit has been engaged to source an experienced shopping centre Marketing Manager at a shopping centre based on the Gold Coast.
Reporting into the Centre Manager, you will be responsible to drive the development and implementation of an innovative marketing strategy at the centre level. This role will lead the charge to ensure the marketing plan will support the Centre's overarching strategy, be customised to the local community, generate consumer and retailer engagement and contribute to Centre's sales growth all with a focus on the customer. You will have a true consumer and customer-centric vision in seeking ideas and identifying solutions.
**The skills and experience required for this role**:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a shopping centre marketing manager, or
- 3-5 years' experience as an assistant marketing manager in a shopping centre looking to take that step up to a manager's position
- Self-motivator and can work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial reporting skills
- Ability to roll out creative and fresh campaigns that target the local community
