About the Role
As an Administrative Officer, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our operations. From overseeing accounting and records management to being the welcoming first point of contact and support for senior leadership, your role will help maintain business continuity.
* Deliver high-quality administrative services including document preparation, data entry, and correspondence management.
* Manage operational systems, equipment, supplies, and maintenance schedules.
* Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, travel, and accommodation—including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and registers in line with data protection policies.
* Support purchasing and assist with financial processes.
* Act as a key point of contact for enquiries, providing a professional and client-focused service.
* Assist with asset coordination—including key and security system management.
* Perform reception duties and respond to phone enquiries with professionalism.
* Contribute to compliance, incident reporting, and audit preparation.
