Your new role We are seeking a highly organised and commercially aware Sales Coordinator to support our civil contracting and fabrication/manufacturing operations. This role sits at the intersection of sales, client engagement, and project delivery, with a dash of marketing. You will be working closely with the business owners (great guys by the way) and supporting business development activities that will likely involve: Incoming enquiries Tender and proposal tracking and coordination Document management CRM maintenance including data input, sales pipeline management and reporting Preparation and coordination of marketing collateral Supporting marketing activities and campaigns About You You get things done and are very organised. That said you function well in a fast-paced and fluid work environment. You bring the following: Detail-oriented Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities Commercially aware with a customer-focused mindset Strong team player who can work across office, workshop, and site teams Experience in a sales support or coordination role (construction, engineering, or manufacturing preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Your Opportunity Work with great people in a growing, dynamic, financially strong company.
