Hospitality Inn Geraldton is seeking Full-Time Hotel Reception Staff.
Casual positions may also be considered for the right candidate.
The Role:
* Welcome Guests to the hotel in a warm and friendly manner.
* Handlle accommodation inquiries & process reservations.
* Perform and ensure a smooth check-in & check-out experience.
* Deliver a high level of professional and friendly customer service that will enhance guest satisfaction.
* Display a solid customer service approach and deal efficiently with complaints.
* Assist with specific guest requirements to enhance their stay.
* Ensure all aspects of front office / reception run smoothly and effectively.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in an accommodation venue in a Front Office Reception role is advantageous (but not essential).
* Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
* Flexible days and hours but typically Sunday-Thursday, with 3 morning shifts (6:30 AM – 2:00 PM) and 2evening shifts (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM). However this is flexible for the right candidate and happy to work around.
* Customer service focused with a passion for delivering high levels of service.
* A high level of communication and organizational skills.
