Senior Team Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Senior Team Coordinator to join our team in the Brisbane Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Asset Management team with day-to-day tenancy administration and compliance.
* Prepare monthly tenant rental, outgoings, electricity and extended trading invoices.
* Maintain key registers (leases, insurance, guarantees, critical dates).
* Coordinate sales figures and reporting schedules with tenants and finance.
* Assist with arrears management and rental review tracking.
* Support contractor compliance and WH&S documentation.
* Manage property files, data entry, and ad hoc support for the team.
Requirements
* Prior experience in property administration, leasing support, or a similar coordination role.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data.
* Confident communication skills – you will liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
* A positive team player who takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving.
* Experience using property management or finance systems is an advantage.
