About the Role
This is a player-coach role.
You will continue operating as an active Buyer's Agent while also helping lead and elevate the acquisitions team.
The right person will bring strong experience in property transactions and will play a key role in:
* Improving acquisition processes
* Mentoring team members
* Helping drive consistent performance across the team.
For the right candidate, this role has a clear pathway to transition into a Head of Property Acquisitions position as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing and securing investment properties for clients
* Conducting high-level due diligence on acquisition opportunities
* Negotiating with agents and vendors
* Providing guidance and mentorship to the acquisitions team
* Reviewing opportunities and supporting deal approval processes
* Strengthening agent relationships across key markets
* Improving acquisition systems, processes, and workflows
* Supporting team accountability and performance standards
This role suits someone who enjoys both doing deals and helping others perform at a higher level.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with strong property experience who wants to take the next step into leadership.
You will likely have:
* 4–7+ years experience in real estate or property
* Experience within a Buyer's Agency or property acquisition environment
* Strong negotiation and deal‐making capability
* Confidence working directly with clients
* Strong understanding of property transactions and due diligence
* Natural leadership instincts and ability to guide others
This role will suit someone who wants to combine strong deal‐making ability with leadership responsibility.
